Weber broad push rod power & free suspended conveyor is an integrated space storage, transportation and hoisting system featuring rather high machinery level; it enjoys the scientific management function of normal production and is able to meet the widespread production requirements; it can easily and stably coordinate with the operation station, load and discharge equipment and automatic instruments. It is able to stop load in any station instead of stopping the whole production line; on-line power & free, variable chain speed and conversion ability permit station to “exceed” the time and strike a production balance. The product enjoys two installation models: overhead suspension model and ground vertical column support model. The electrical control system refers to an integrated system under general line control; it is able to realize single-line control and assure stable and reliable operation. It is applicable to the automatic flow lines in the automobile, motor cycle, engine, metallurgical, bicycle, household appliance and power industries.
According to the bearing capacity of trolley, it is divided into two categories: light-duty power & free type and heavy-duty power & free type. The chain of heavy-duty power & free conveyor refers to X—348, X—458 or X—678 bearing track; the bearing power & free trolley refers to 3’, 4’’ or 6’’ model; the chain and track coordinate with each other and form 12 specifications to meet different load and line tensile force requirements.
