The plate conveyor includes three series according to the bearing capacity: light-duty model, heavy-duty model and super heavy-duty model. It refers to a straight transportation equipment and is featured as small land area, safe operation and reliable usage. It is applicable to the subdivisional assembly and general assembly of household appliance, bicycle, motor cycle and automobile industries.
The plate conveyor includes two models: single-lane model and double-lane model. The components are featured as flexible combination and diversified constitution; however, the core components are basically same and collocated with driving unit, traction chain, head wheel assembly, track frame, track, chain plate unit and tail wheel assembly (or tensioning unit’s cover plate.
